Welcome to Bowen Island Gymnastics Club!

Bowen Island Gymnastics Club provides the community with recreation and competitive programs for children ages 14 months to 18 years. The role of the program in the community includes not only acting as a focus for gymnastics but operating as a support mechanism for other sports and arts organizations.

Gymnastics provides children with skills such as physical strength, agility and coordination which creates a strong foundation for all other sports. The programs that Bowen Island Gymnastics Club (BIGC) offers encourage the progression of participant's individual skills while at the same time providing opportunities to engage in team building and cooperative exercises. BIGC believes in fostering mentorship between gymnasts of all levels and ages and encouraging the development of skills, which will benefit the participants both inside and outside the gymnasium.
