Competitive Programs
The competitive gymnastics programs are for gymnasts seeking more of a challenge and want to attend gymnastics more than once per week. Gymnasts will be required to participate in group displays such as Gymnaestrada and are encouraged to compete in local fun competitions. Team membership involved volunteer and fundraising commitments on the part of the member families. Entry to this program is based on space availability. Please class or e-mail Head Coach, Lisa Brougham at 604-947-9019, ljbrougham@look.ca for more information on these programs.

Mini Interclub
These athletes will focus on the development and mastering of various gymnastics skills. The athletes will also be encouraged to attend 2 competitions over the course of the year. This program is designed for athletes who have never competed before and are interested in continuing on with gymnastics for future years.

Interclub
An advanced recreational program for girl's ages 8-18 years, Interclub offers recreational gymnasts a chance to belong to a team. Members of the program are required to rent a body suit and will participate in such events as Gymnaestrada, displays and competitions. Space is dependent on availability and experience. Training is 4 hours per week.
